Hi Dana, Section 4.2 confirms a 1x non-participating liquidation preference, no change from the draft we discussed on the call. Flagging that section 4.3 (anti-dilution) was also lightly revised - worth a look before it goes to your legal team. I'll have the redlined version over to you by Friday. Best, Alex

Q3 forecast - assumptions to sanity-check
Hi Jordan, On churn: I'd hold the 3.1% monthly assumption from Q2 rather than the 2.4% in the sheet - we haven't seen two clean months at the lower rate yet, and the board will ask. Everything else in the model looks right to me. Best, Alex
